What different models do you offer?


There are three different models we currently offer online- a studio, 1 bedroom, and 2 bedroom. For other projects such as sustainable communities, student housing, apartments, home office, etc, please contact us to discuss your project.




What is an ADU


An ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) is a separate housing unit on a residential lot, permitted by the city. Our homes can be used as an ADU or a primary home.




How do I know if my property qualifies?


We can handle that for you. Once we recieve your address, we’ll check into your city’s zoning, setback, and property size requirements in turnkey areas and let you know whether your property qualifies.




How does financing work?


Typically, clients pursue a traditional mortgage or do a cash-out refinance on their home. We can provide you with a lender if needed.




How long does it take?


Typically 90-days from order to move in. This can vary depending on city approvals. We will work on permits and site prep while your home is being built in a factory. Final installation is generally less than a day.




How big is a home unit?


We offer three pre-designed models online. The studio (312 sq ft), 1 bedroom (384 sq ft), and 2 bedroom (504 sq ft).




How is a home built?


We build our units in a warehouse to meet or exceed building codes with top quality materials that surpass traditional housing strength. We ship it to your property as a finished unit. Our team will complete the on-site installation, so it is move-in ready.




How do I set up utilities and HVAC?


We extend the sewer, water, and electric lines from your home or closes source to where you want your model placed on your property. We use a mini-split system for heating and cooling, which is included with your unit.




Can I customize my home?


Yes, we offer many options and upgrades you can choose from. Select furnishings and packages to build a home you love.




What do I need to do for permitting?


Nothing. Our team will handle the necessary steps your city requires, such as building and planning commission meetings, until your plans and property are approved by the city.




What features come standard?


Homes come fully furnished with new appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer), a full-size bathroom, complete cabinetry, sofa, dining table and chairs, and queen size bed.




Are the homes sustainable?


Yes. Homes are built in a low-waste facility reducing waste by 90%, and most of our materials are recyclable. We meet or exceed LEED sustainability levels and reduce energy demands by 30%.




Do you use any innovative technology to build homes?


Yes. We incorporate the latest in building materials and methods, and we will continue to incorporate new technologies as available. Some examples include hybrid steel frame, radiant heating and cooling, and space enhancing features. We also use high enregy efficient appliances and insulation materials.
